His professional development offerings are thorough. He is calm and passionate and goes to extended lengths to be sure all abilities can learn the latest material. He takes the time to develop multimodal presentations. There are short videos, written instructions, and handouts to guide all types of learners.

Anthony has an exceptional ability to recognize and draw on people’s strengths to pull out the best in them and make them a part of the team. Anthony was able to come into a course development after replacing an ID and quickly get things reorganized and clearly establish roles. He provided clarity in creating module guides and assignments and identifying resources. He is a pleasure to work with – when the external pressures feel demanding, Anthony stays calm, supportive, and encouraging.

From a manager:

I was continually impressed by how fluidly Anthony could switch both mode and style of communication. If there was a conversation in chat, he would move his presence there. If it was a lively verbal discussion, he would participate in that as well. He knew when to inject humor and when to remain formal. Anthony also seemed to genuinely connect with his course teams (SMEs and partners), and the members looked to him with trust. He was able to build a friendly and open rapport with the stakeholders that he worked with, too. The evidence of it was apparent to me in the way he interacted with his team, making space for them to ask questions and share their perspectives.
